Digital Reponsibility for Startups
As digital transformation accelerates, Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) has become a vital concept, addressing the economic, social, ethical, and environmental responsibilities of companies in the digital space. CDR Steps is a research project fully funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts. At CDR Steps, we are developing a comprehensive framework and tools for startups to innovate responsibly and sustainably, ensuring that technology-driven growth is aligned with ethical and societal standards.

Science Fiction Thinking
In 2023, I co-founded the Science Fiction Thinking collective, a project that explores the intersection of speculative fiction and strategic foresight. The project was originally supported by the Volkswagen Foundation. As an interdisciplinary group of researchers, authors, and industry experts, we investigate how science fiction narratives can be leveraged to solve present and future challenges. Our work emphasizes the practical application of science fiction to envision transformative solutions and foster futures literacy across various fields.

I am passionate about using serious games as an innovative tool to foster critical thinking and deep learning around societal and technological challenges. By designing interactive, scenario-based games, I create immersive experiences that help learners explore complex topics such as responsible innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability. These games are not just for entertainment—they are educational tools that promote active learning and engagement. Through simulations, riddles and role plays, participants are empowered to tackle real-world issues in a collaborative, creative, and fun environment.
